- SGM856xQ
SGM856xQ 是一款高精度电压监控器，在工作温度范围内精度可达 ±1.2%。其静态电流极低，典型值仅为 750nA，并内置了固定超时时间的看门狗功能。
SGM856xQ 提供了四种看门狗超时时间选项，默认值已预设，用户还可以通过 SET0/SET1 引脚来设置默认值的倍数。此外，看门狗功能可以通过 WD_EN 引脚灵活地启用或禁用。
nRESET 或 nWDO 的输出有效时间均为预设值。SGM856xxD-xQ 是一款独特的器件，它会将输出锁存，直到检测到有效的看门狗输入为止。
该器件符合 AEC-Q100 标准 (Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 Grade 1)，适用于汽车应用。
SGM856xQ 采用绿色 TSOT-23-8 封装。
