The 74LVC1G17 is a single Schmitt-trigger buffer which can accept the supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V. The device features high output drive while low static-power dissipation can be maintained over supply voltage operating range, and implements the Boolean function Y = A.
This device is highly suitable for partial power-down applications by using power-off leakage current (IOFF) circuit. When the device is powered down, the outputs are disabled, and the current backflow can be prevented from passing through the device.
The 74LVC1G17 is available in Green SC70-5 and SOT-23-5 packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
