The 74LVC1G86 is a single 2-input exclusive-OR gate which can accept the supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V. The device features the Boolean function Y = AB + AB.
When the input is high, the signal on the other input is inversely reproduced at the output. When the input is low, another input is reproduced in true form in the output. This device is highly suitable for partial power-down applications using power-off leakage current (IOFF) circuit. When the device is powered down, the current backflow will be prevented from passing through the device.
The 74LVC1G86 is available in Green SC70-5 and SOT-23-5 packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
