SGM3854
1.3A PMIC for LTPO and Tandem AMOLED Display
The SGM3854 is designed for powering LTPO (Low Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) and Tandem structure AMOLED displays which require VELVDD, VELVSS, VAVDD, VDVDD and VVGL.
The device integrates one Buck-Boost converters VO1 for VELVDD, one dual-phase inverting Buck-Boost converter VO2 for VELVSS, one Boost converter VO3 for VAVDD, one Buck converter VO4 for VDVDD and one single-phase inverting Buck-Boost converter VO5 for VVGL. Output voltages of all the five converters can be programmed in digital steps through the I2C interface.
The SGM3854 is available in a Green WLCSP- 2.8×2.8-49B package.
