The SGM4030 is a tiny size, precision, low power, low noise, low dropout voltage reference, which is designed for portable or battery-powered applications. The device consumes only 12μA typical quiescent current. On normal load conditions, the SGM4030 can operate on a power supply voltage higher than the specified output voltage of 0.2V, except for SGM4030-1.25, whose minimum power supply voltage is 1.7V.
The SGM4030 is available in Green UTQFN-1.5×1.5-8L and SOT-23 packages. It is specified over the extended industrial temperature range (-40℃ to +125℃).
