The SGM70276 is a highly-integrated ultra-compact power management device. It incorporates three Buck converters and a high PSRR low-dropout (LDO) regulator. Every Buck converter operates in a forced fixed-frequency PWM mode. The high-voltage Buck converter operates in an input voltage range from 4V to 18.5V. And the two low-voltage Buck converters operate in an input voltage range from 2.7V to 5V.
The SGM70276 is available in a Green TQFN-3×3-16L package.
