The SGM51613R8 is a 16-bit, 8-channel, successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device is powered by a single unipolar 5V.
Powered by a single-supply 5V, operate and communicate with 1.8V to 5V digital device.
The digital interface is compatible to the traditional SPI protocol.
The SGM51613R8 is available in Green TQFN- 4×4-20AL and WLCSP-2.39×2.39-20B packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
