The SGM61282 is a constant on-time (COT) mode synchronous Buck converter that integrates low RDSON power MOSFETs. The main control loop of SGM61282 uses COT mode control, which can provide very fast transient response. With internal low RDSON switches, the SGM61282 is capable of delivering 8A output current over a wide input voltage range. The output voltage of SGM61282-3.3 is fixed to 3.3V.
The SGM61282 is available in a Green space-saving UTQFN-3×3-23L package.
